       Do you see that little icon in the Navigation Bar named "Guide"? Yes?, good - Don't even think about going there without making a full system backup and/or saving your important Data. Create System Restore points (Windows Vista creates System Restore Points automatically so you don't really have to worry about that anymore) and take all other precautions before going any further. That is going to be the most important thing you will be doing today!
